Knowing that significant growth was on the horizon, Reed Vision has recruited and has retained for nearly a decade the best administrative team.  Their biographies are listed below:

 

Gary L. Pareyt, CPA

Chief Operating Officer

 

Gary Pareyt joined Reed Vision in 1998.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Northwood University, Midland, Michigan.  Gary brings a broad range of experience from public accounting at Peat Marwick and from private sector management.  Prior to joining Reed Vision, Gary was Director of Accounting Systems and Controller for MetroCell, Inc. Sterling Heights, Michigan where he managed the financial and mainframe activities for fifteen corporate owned retail stores.

Pamela A. Goss, MBA

Chief Financial Officer

 

Pamela Goss joined Reed Vision in 2001.  She holds a BS in Accountancy from Adrian College, and an MBA with a Finance Specialization from the University of Toledo. Pam has held a variety of management positions in private sector industries including steel, manufacturing and service organizations.  She is also the former Director of Finance for the Lucas County Board of MRDD.






Virginia E. (Ginny) Martin, CMA, CPC, CHCO, CHBC

Vice President of Operations

 

Ginny Martin joined Reed Vision Associates in 2007.  She attended Bowling Green State University, is a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Healthcare Compliance Officer (CHCO) and Certified Healthcare Business Consultant (CHBC). Prior to joining Reed Vision, she was President and CEO of Healthcare Consulting Associates of NW Ohio, Inc. She previously served as Vice President of Operations for ProMedica Health Systems’ MSO and was a general partner in The PM Group, Toledo, Inc., a practice management – accounting firm.  She is a member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Consultants, MGMA and AAMA.  She is an Editorial Consultant for Medical Economics and Medicare Part B News.

M. Catherine Birsen,

Director of Human Resources

 

M. Catherine Birsen joined Reed Vision in 2000.  She received her Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Siena Heights University, Adrian, Michigan. She received a certificate in Gerontology from Lourdes University, Sylvania, Ohio (formerly Lourdes College) and a BS from the former Mary Manse College, Toledo, Ohio. Ms. Birsen has served Reed Vision Associates, P.C. in a variety of capacities during her tenure. Her background includes nursing home human resources, teaching, retail and clinical laboratory work. She is a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management.







Ken N. Feinauer, O.D.

Director of Medical Quality Assurance

Dr. Feinauer joined Reed Vision in 2005.  He provides an accomplished range of optometric services to all his patients, as well as having a broad personal experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease. Dr. Feinauer graduated cum laude with a B.S. Degree from Alma College and graduated with honors from The Michigan College of Optometry in Big Rapids, Michigan. He is a member of The Michigan Optometric Association & American Optometric Association.  In addition to his clinical background, Dr. Feinauer also served as the Executive Director of Professional Services including Quality Assurance for Coop Optical Vision Designs, in Detroit, Michigan (former national carrier for Chrysler).








Barbara G. Bondy, RN,

Director of Clinical Services

 

Barb Bondy joined Reed Vision Associates in 2007.  She attended the University of Toledo and received her RN from the Flower Hospital School of Nursing.  Barb is licensed in Ohio and Michigan.  Prior to joining Reed Vision, Barb served in numerous capacities with Medical College of Ohio Physicians, LLC – a 200 Academic Physician Multi-Specialty Faculty Practice.  Her most recent assignment was as Acting Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to her tenure with Medical College of Ohio Physicians, Barb served as Director of Clinical Services for ProMedica Physicians Group.

Adam L. Lee,

Director of Information Technology

 

Adam Lee joined Reed Vision in 2006.  He holds a Electrical Engineering degree and a Computer Science Engineering degree from University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. Prior to joining Reed Vision, Adam was Business Networking Manager for Computer Works, in Monroe, Michigan where he managed multiple clients’ networks covering all major business sectors.
